San Jose Medical Marijuana Patient Reviews

During the "change in management" of 2010 I know that several growers were ripped off by Monterey Road Health Center when they changed their name to Proper Treatment and said that they were not liable for the debts of the old dispensary. Under California law, anytime a business is sold (yes, even a non-profit medical marijuana collective), certain steps have to be taken to relieve the new entity of the debts of the old. MHRC/Proper Treatment DID NOT take these steps and because they failed to do so, the new entity (Proper Treatment) is liable for the debts of the old (MRHC). It's that simple.

I went to this so-called club, signed in, and went to the back room, and the budtender had only two strains to show me, Hindu Kush and Odyssey. Both were very weak. They have been open 7 months and I know I won't be going back. I see some bunk stuff going on in San Jose. Instead of being taken care of by the clubs, we're being ripped off. Wispy buds that are less than top shelf, being sold as top shelf. It's all good, I'll just go back to SF for my meds, they are far more potent. |

Beware!! This is the worst club ever, I went there twice, the first time there ran into 2 different groups of vendors arguing with the front desk guy trying to get a hold of the owner and collect money they owed for over 60 days, so I left. The 2nd time I walked in and saw a male employee loading clips at the front lobby behind the front counter, so I walked right out. After talking to a few friends, all of them had bad experience with this place, but it's not my story to post. I recommend not to even go close to this place, this place is ran by street dealers. Beware!!!! |
