I have been coming to this place now for just about 1 month, and have visited all the other establishments in the city. I have found this club now to be my home. The staff is always very friendly and informative about the meds. I really enjoy this and just wanted to let everyone else know that this place is not just about business. They treat everyone on a personal level!!! Not to mention they have the best selection of meds from low grade to high grades.

I am disabled and a Veteran. I deal with chronic pain and a very tight budget. The folks at New Age Healing have always treated me special. They give compassion discounts to me all of the time. On the 15th of the month, they offer a nice package to all low income patients, at no charge. This place has sold me bottom of the bag meds at way, way low prices to get through hard times.They usually have options from $25 to $55 for an eighth. I always feel like I can stretch my dollars a long way at New Age. My friend buys their top shelf and raves about it!! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

New age is a clean, convenient dispensary, I like this place alot. Good knowledgable staff, great selection, good prices for pretty much any budget. All around good place. 5 stars!

I must say that the previous review must be from a hater or another club. I have been coming here since they opened and I have got nothing but compasion from this collective. Everytime I'm short a few bucks it's never a problem, they always let me slide, but what I like best is the fact that they provide low-income patients like myself with free meds once a month!!!!

This place is one of the worst cannabis dispensaries I have ever been to. The previous 5 star reviews have got to be coming from the owners. They charge astronomical prices for low grade meds, yet the uneducated staff (all men) are arrogant and rude to their patients. If you grow your own medicine and then charge 400%, you're not a "non-profit." Where is your compassion? Shame on you.

This cannibus club is up to par.  It is my favorite out of the many clubs I have been to over the past 4-5yrs. I love the relaxed atmosphere and wonderful service that is present in this club.  The employee's are extremely helpful in assisting in the selection of Indica and Sativa strands. The Lavender, Headband and Rasberry Kush is amongst my favorite!! ;)  What I love is that they are very good at understanding whether I need something to keep me up or to sooth my stomach.

I was pleasantly surprised with this Collectives operation, the building was very nice as was the staff.  They had over 20+ top shelf meds to choose from that all looked great and for a great price. I will be coming back to this Collective for sure!!! The Rasberry Kush is amazing and the Jolly Rancher taste so sweat!!!

Satisfied again!!!! I have been coming to this club since they opened. They keep stepping it up with the service, meds, compassion,and helpful information they provide regarding their products. I would recommend this club to everyone, super easy to get to from 3 freeways.

This was a very sketchy operation from the beginning. I called the number listed on their website (which was a 415 non 408 number). The reception was so bad and it was obvious the guy was using his cell phone as a business number. When I tried to make a delivery, he referred me to a 408 phone number. The guy who answered could barely speak English properly. I literally had to repeat myself over and over again. It took raising my voice to get anything across. I asked for directions to the dispensary and what I got was "wishy-washy" mumbles. I had to use map quest to find my way around. When I finally arrived, I immediately did not like what I saw. This was another dangerous, poorly located club. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a cash register and 2 sketchy looking staff members. I walked out and left. This is not a properly run operation.

This collective meets all my high expectation. Prices are fair and reasonable (super low). The staff is very knowledgeble, professional and provides that uncommon extra attention and service. The place is nice and clean, warm colors, open space and a comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed every moment there. I was greeted and welcomed very kindly. I wasn't rushed or pushed into choosing the high price meds. Overall this was a great one in all areas. I highly recommend this collective. I will continue to return aslongs as New Age Healing is here. No other collective can top this one. Job well done.

To the guy who wrote the bad review, sorry but you sure didn't go to new age because I have never seen any schwag. Even their shake is pretty good, so wake up dude. They hook it up here and weigh everything in front of you. Always give you little extras and their double dose cookies are good stuff. Oh well, later.

This has to be one of the most trashy and low class clubs I have ever been to. The people running this place have no idea what the word "professionalism" means! I could barely speak with whoever was on the other line because the conversation consisted of "duhhh uhh" and "I don't knows". The location was in an extremely ghetto location. Verification took way too long than necessary. I should have followed my instincts and left, but nevertheless, I wanted to give them a try since I already completed half the registration form.

There were 2 male staff who kept on laughing over nothing and were not able to answer my questions. I was told different prices over the phone than in person. When I came home with 1/4 Blue Dream, not only was I shorted, but the buds were seedy and Mexican schwag quality. This is another example of hooligans who think they can start a club because they are smokers. I will never go here again!‎

Checked out this club today for the first time and it is awesome. Really quick and easy registration process. Super cool staff up front. Budtenders couldn't be more cool and more knowledgeable. They greet you with a smile and hand shake. Show you the plasma with the very large selection or medicine, concentrates, edibles and clones. Super clean establishment that gives any of the new San Jose clubs a run for the money. Don't walk, run to this club fo shizzle!!

I was very surprised with this collective along with the meds, staff, and environment. The bud tender was very knowledgeable and provided me with 2 great strains that relieved my ailments. I really like the fact that they do not pre-weigh their meds, but instead weigh it out in front of you. I would recommend this collective to anyone, keep it up guys!!!!

Cool place. I checked it out for the 1st time the other day. They just started remodeling the floors. The bud tender was cool. He hooked me up with a nice gram of purple. I would recommend it.

First time I went to the place it was a bit hard to find, but well worth it.

Good choices, maybe 25 strains and hash oils, edibles. They could fast become a one stop shop. I will go again.

I had a wonderful first visit even while they were remodeling the collective. The Master Kush and Hash Plant were the best I have had in years, I can't wait to try the first time meds I got. You can't go wrong with this Collective, give them a try.

Well worth the extra 15 minutes instead of going to Oakland for me. This place was in a great location and had a great staff. The budtender was very helpful and helped me pick out 2 strains best suited for my condition out of the 30 or so they had. The meds relieved my condition just as the budtender said they would. I felt secure the whole time during my visit and would recomend this collective to all.

Wow, this place was really worth the drive!!! I was really impressed with the kindness and welcoming feeling from the staff. The budtender James was really knowledgeable about the meds and pointed me in the right direction of the best meds for my condition. They had over 25 strains and 10 concentrates, that all looked good. Tax was included in my price, so no hidden fees. This club is great I would recommend it to all!!!!

What a great location and dispensary. I felt very welcome and was greeted by two very nice gentlemen who gave me an application for their dispensary, which only took 3 minutes to do. The fastest reg in any club. They had 25+ strains which were all very nice and smelled great. The best of the best was only $58 with tax, that was great. I will continue to come back and I would recommend this to all medicinal patients. They also offer compassion to low income residents once a month, no other club in San Jose does that. They are truly out for the patients and not the mighty dollar!! Thanks you guys for the great job!!

A lot of strains(Indica & Sativa), very nice prices. The workers are very friendly, it's lowkey, great edibles, cool waiting room. I've been back a few times and I will keep coming back.

Very friendly staff. They are willing to spend time explaining the choices. Low-key environment with the nicest waiting room I've seen, but I didn't have to wait. Smaller selection than some other clubs, but what they have is good. I like edibles and kief so I hope they get more in the future, and I'm also hoping that this may be a source for plants.

Still some construction when I visited, but their setup is good so far. Very friendly and low-key. About a dozen strains, equally mixed between indica & sativa. Prices are very reasonable.
Snacks are limited to a couple of cookies and brownies; they replied that they are working on getting more variety.

It is a work in progress and if they keep their good start this will be one of my top choices.
Grand opening coupon gave 2 free grams after I purchased one, PLUS they tossed in a free rolled joint!

I was really impressed and surprised by the quality of meds for the price which included tax. They have the best prices in the bay!!! I was not rushed and able to relax after acquiring my meds which is a plus. The place was still being built when I came and it looks like it is comming together nicely. I recomend all patiens to come visit this club.
