Santa Cruz Medical Marijuana Patient Reviews

After I was a loyal patient/customer, they thought they could slip me some bunk crap. I told them I was on a budget and need to get by until tomorrow. I asked what was better, a 1/16 of Lavender or the pre-rolls of Lav for 10. I had 30 $ so I got 3 pre rolls because she said they were 1 gram each. Good deal, huh? Nope, becasue the preRolls were not Lavender. Instead they were some outdoor white rhino or something. I know my indica. The girl that runs it hires all her friends and has them dress up so they can rip everybody off. They act like teases. All I know is once I caught them, they took me in the room and tried to yell at me and took my card and said I was rude. I just told them I don't like being ripped off so don't sell stuff and label them, then try to pass bunk medicine. |

I've been a consistent patient with the SCPC for years now and when I saw all the new dispensaries opening up recently I was relieved on not having to make the commute to Santa Cruz for my medicine! Unfortunately, that was a quick let down when I went to 5 of the San Jose clubs and all were a huge disappointment! I have continued to make the commute, knowing that there will never be a time I will be let down. Prices have even dropped and they have been getting in a lot of price cuts on a weekly basis! So in the end I will say that the SCPC is a place you can be comfortable, timely, spoken to like a real patient, and a huge thing is they operate 100% legally all the way down to the taxes!!! By the way it's a mandatory state law by the board of equalization! This club should be voted for the "model" club for the whole state of California! Thank you SCPC!!!! |

Now that I've been over the hill I can say, the product here is $5-10 per eighth too expensive. $65 is too high for the quality they carry. |

All I can say is, Wow. How can you charge $75 for top shelf? The stuff they sell for $50 is crap. It looks like bammer outdoor garbage. I won't come here any more. Sorry, I already destroyed my SCPC card so I can't go even if I'm desperate. Plus, you don't even get price cuts if you buy more, they charge you every penny. |

Super Rip Off!! This was the 1st club I ever went to, and I only got an 8th which came out to be $75 after tax!! I'm never coming back to scpc EVER again! |

I don't know what you are all talking about! I just went into the SCPC today and the most average price there was $50 for 3.5g's which are all usually organic indoor soil! High quality meds at that price! They had $35, $40, $45, $50(most of them), $55, $60, & $65 3.5g's bags! Price didn't reflect quality in any way....they had great prices on ounces....starting at $250! There concentrates were on sale...not to mention the amazing Bling SCFM(Santa Cruz Full Melt) I got.......there staff is amazing...they let me stay in there for an hour explaining the strains and helping me with my medical cannabis knowledge! Soooo...to all of you talking crap on this club....i just want to say that i live in San Jose and none of the new clubs here can even touch the experience i have had at the Santa Cruz Patients Collective!!!!! |

Top quality meds, but very very pricy. Anybody can find something that they will really like, this place has more top notch buds than some places total strain counts but it is costly. I visited them two days ago and they have many, many good strains right now.....tis the season right....Im more of a indica guy but SCPC has great indicas and sativas alike, you really are guaranteed to find something you will really like in the $55 per 1/8 range...plus tax.....like I said, a little pricy |

Friendly staff with polite security. Top quality buds at top price. They have a huge selection of crip meds. I go back when I want something new. Always try the blueberry of any osw (organic skunk works) stuff. Great hash, good edibles. This is how a club should be run. |

Friendly and quick, with a varied and heady selection. Only negative was the prices/tax. |

This place is truly a role model for other dispensaries in the area. Super proffessional, clean, and all the medicine is organic! They may have some pricey stuff but its worth every penny, and they are never rude or have an uncomfortabl atmosphere. I have to say this is definitly a place worth checking out if your in the area! They also hook it up wtih a free joint when you sign up! |

Very good service, but not real good selection medication. |

What I do not understand is how an organization so dedicated to legitimacy and staying legal can at the same time continue to charge, for anything even approaching proper medical quality, a minimum price of $55 per eighth, plus tax. |

The best dispensary I've been to so far! Organic, high-grade medicine can be expensive but you get what you pay for. I have been to a lot of different clubs, but none come close. Very professional and comfortable enviroment. Can't say enough good things! The best! |

Pretty nice dispensary. Prices are a bit high (I paid 60 + tax so 65 for an 8th of white widow which is pricey when im used to paying 55 tops). I got 2 edibles, one was a cookie (really strong and only 6 bucks) and then i got a cannakrispie (6 bucks and i didn\'t even feel it, no joke). I liked how they have all the bud out in containers and you can just go to town grabbing at them and checking them out. A lot better than having a budtender have to keep going back to grab strains |

I just moved up from LA and I was very excited to see what the clubs out here are like, and I found very overpriced and very low quality, however very friendly employee's and a nice set up, this did not however make up for a worthless $55 1/8th ("one of the best"). Next time I need my medicine I'm going to LA. |

This was my first time visiting this dispensary. Verification took a little longer than normal but then I discovered that they make you your own i.d. Card with picture. So its understandable. Prices are a little pricey for norcal but they are definitly quality. I got some white widow for 60 and 8th and its really bomb. They also give you a free pre roll i guess when your a new patient. They didn't even tell me, Ii just got home and discovered one in there. I would definitely recommend this club if your in sc. |

Awesome selection of medical strains, easily 40+ on the menu at all times ranging from $40 + tax to $60 +tax per 1/8th. Sales from Half gram to Ounce, multiple visits per day, Great edibles, nice selection of hashes, concentrates and full melt bubble hash. Everything is pretty sweet and all is 100% organic which is also nice. |

Super chill people man. A little pricey and they do charge sales tax but, hey you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great staff, and a professional environment. |

Until recently, I had never made the journey to Santa Cruz. This past weekend I took the time to add the Santa Cruz Patients Collective to my list. |

This club has never disappointed me, the meds are always top quality, staff is always friendly, doorman is cool, the Lavender and Strawberry Cough are outrageous, very consistent quality with all their strains I've been a member for over a year now and will be as long as they are open, never had a bad visit. Thanks! |

This was the first time I had been to either of the Santa Cruz Clubs. It took a few minutes to get in and get a picture ID for the club--easier the next time you go--and then walked in to a pharmacy looking room. |

Very courteous and friendly, very helpful with recommendations. Staff are all extremely young, but seem knowledgeable. A bit pricey, but aren't they all? (why are clubs all competing with street prices?). Good selection. Parking is tiny and across the street. Got two free fat joints my first time (it was halloween and they said "Boo!" on them - super cute). |

This place has a pretty good selection of medicine. The only bad part is the high prices. |

Ok selection. High prices on the buds!! I was looking for olive oil but they didnt have any so i didnt buy anything but they still gave me a free joint for it being my first time there. So that was a plus. |

As a first-time patient, the whole process of medicinal marijuana was new to me. This group made it easy and pleasant. A very pleasant gentleman (he's one tall dude) screened me at the door and welcomed me to the lounge. A quick interview to produce my club card (so they'll no longer need the doctor's recommendation) and then I was inside the store. The staff there were very friendly and patient in explaining the many choices. |

10-15 choices of top quality bud, from 45-55$ 1/8's. Awesome tea, and edibles. Mediocre kief, crazy Jollee hash; unlike any hash I've ever seen, looks like an amber glass, and more potent than honey oil:) I wish i could find more of the stuff. Great staff, very helpful, very unrushed. Funny guard though, seemed spooked. Love this club! |

If you are looking for high grade buds, this is your home. Great selection of high to medium grade. Lowest 1/8 is 50, but great variety of purps and sativa. Have some good edibles, rice crispies and cookies. pretty good hash selection as well. The only reason this club is a 4 star is the fact that they charge tax, but its all in part of legalizing our one and only mary jane. |

Park near the red fence with a railroad on the other side, then walk to the street corner of the white building across the street. There is a florescent green cross sign in the window. Walk in, present your cards, fill out paper work, and they call you back to create a new card that is only valid at this dispensary. Next time you just bring ID/license and this new card. Gotta pay $5 if you lose it though. That was the weird part. |
